Privacy policy
Last updated September 17, 2026
This policy explains what information Habla Path (hablapath.com) collects, why, and the choices you have. It applies to visitors in the United States and Canada.
The short version
- We don't ask for your name, email or phone number. There are no accounts and no sign-up forms.
- Your quiz answers stay in your browser. We don't store them on a server.
- With your consent only, we use the Meta Pixel to measure how our Facebook and Instagram ads perform.
- We do not sell your personal information.
Information we collect
Stored in your browser
- Ad-click details (session storage): if you arrive from an ad, we keep the campaign labels in the link (such as utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term) and Meta's click ID (fbclid) for your current browser session. When you click a Rocket Spanish link, we add them to that link so our affiliate network, ClickBank, can report which ad led to a visit or sale. They are cleared when you close the tab.
- Your cookie choice (local storage): we remember whether you accepted or declined so we don't ask again on every page.
Meta Pixel (only if you click Accept)
The Meta Pixel is code from Meta Platforms, Inc. that sets third-party cookies and sends Meta information such as the page you viewed, your browser and device details, your IP address, and the events we define. Our events are: page views, viewing the overview or comparison page, finishing the quiz (with the result category only, such as "structured"), and clicking a Rocket Spanish link. We never send your quiz answers, and we don't send names, emails or other contact details. Meta may link this information to your Facebook or Instagram account under its own privacy policy, and uses it to measure and improve ads, including ads shown to you.
If you decline, or if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, the Meta Pixel is not loaded.
Hosting logs
Like most websites, our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, page requested and time) for security and reliability. We don't use any other analytics tools.
When you click an affiliate link
Rocket Spanish links take you to ClickBank and then the seller's website, which have their own privacy policies and cookies. ClickBank may set a cookie to credit us for a purchase. Anything you enter on those sites (such as signing up for a free trial or paying) is collected by them, not by us. We receive sales reports that don't identify you by name.
Contacting us
If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply, and delete them when no longer needed.
Your choices
- Change your cookie choice any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer (shown whenever ad measurement is enabled).
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use a browser with Global Privacy Control turned on.
- Adjust how Meta uses data for ads in your Meta ad preferences.
United States, including California
We do not sell personal information, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Some state laws (including California's CCPA/CPRA) treat using advertising pixels for cross-context behavioral advertising as "sharing." We only load the Meta Pixel after you accept, and we honor Global Privacy Control signals as an opt-out. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we have about you, to ask us to delete or correct it, and to opt out of sharing, without being treated differently for using those rights. Because we don't hold names or accounts, most information tied to you sits with Meta and ClickBank; we will help where we can. Email hello@hablapath.com to make a request.
Canada, including Quebec
We handle personal information in line with Canada's privacy laws (PIPEDA) and, for Quebec residents, Law 25. The Meta Pixel is off by default and only loads with your consent. You may ask to access or correct personal information we hold about you, or withdraw consent at any time using Cookie settings. Information processed by Meta and ClickBank may be stored and processed outside Canada, including in the United States. Our contact for privacy questions is hello@hablapath.com.
Security and retention
The site is served over HTTPS. Session-storage values are deleted when you close the tab. Your cookie choice stays in your browser until you clear it. Meta and ClickBank keep data according to their own policies.
Changes
We'll update this page if our practices change and revise the date at the top. See also our terms and affiliate disclosure.
